I'm Horiana Secară, founder of Diderich Consulting and a corporate governance professional with over 11 years of experience in Luxembourg.

I began my professional career at PwC, where I developed a strong foundation in law, tax and corporate advisory before specialising in corporate governance. Over the years, I have held progressively senior roles with Intertrust, IQ-EQ and Gen II, building and leading Company Secretary functions, coordinating directorship practices and supporting boards across a wide range of Luxembourg structures.

Throughout my career, I have organised and participated in more than 2,500 board meetings across investment funds, management companies and regulated entities. This includes over 1,400 meetings as Company Secretary and more than 1,000 meetings as a director, providing me with a practical understanding of governance from both sides of the boardroom.
